John O. Mirick

John's practice concentrates on complex business litigation. He regularly appears in state and federal courts for U.S. and foreign clients on matters involving stock ownership and corporate control, corporate acquisition litigation, breach-of-contract cases and patent litigation.

John was included in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation.  He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® since 1994.  In 2009-2010 and 2014, John was named one of the "Top 100 Massachusetts Super Lawyers" by Boston magazine and Law & Politics. He has been named one of Massachusetts "Super Lawyers" every year since 2004 and was also named one of New England's "Super Lawyers" in 2007 and 2008.
