Noah A. Ligeti

Noah is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group where he advises clients on various types of litigation matters, including corporate governance and management disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, construction disputes, breach of contract claims, probate, trust and fiduciary disputes and claims involving fraud or unfair and deceptive trade practices.

Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, Noah was an associate with Seder & Chandler LLP. He also gained significant litigation experience as a licensed student-prosecutor at the Office of the Worcester County District Attorney. At the District Attorney’s Office, Noah represented the Commonwealth at evidentiary motion hearings, bench trials, and a full jury trial.

Noah was included in the 2021, 2022, and 2023 editions of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America™.  Noah has been named a Massachusetts “Rising Star” by Boston magazine and Law & Politics every year since 2022.
